Is it sufficient for a proxy performing Hajj on behalf of another to merely have the intention (niyyah)?

It is sufficient for the person performing Hajj on behalf of another to merely possess the intention for that person. Ahmad stated that there is no issue with performing Hajj on behalf of a man, and one does not need to name the person being represented.
