Is it valid to declare Ihram by referring to the Ihram of another person (Ibhām al-Iḥrām)?

Declaring Ihram by specifying the same intention as another person (Ibhām al-Iḥrām) is valid. This is established by the narration of Abu Musa, who, upon asking the Prophet (PBUH) what intention he made, stated, "I made the Talbiyah with the Ihram of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH)" and the Prophet (PBUH) affirmed this action by saying, "You have done well." Similarly, Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) stated he made Ihram as the Prophet (PBUH) made Ihram, and the Prophet (PBUH) did not invalidate his declaration. The evidence is found in the Hadith reported by Abu Musa and corroborated by narrations from Jabir and Anas concerning Ali's statement, affirming the validity of declaring Ihram in this manner.
