An invalid Ihram carries the same legal prohibitions as a valid Ihram concerning marriage and all other restricted acts. This is because the essential ruling of Ihram remains in effect concerning the obligation of all duties required during Ihram, and consequently, those actions prohibited by it remain prohibited.
