Primary text

If the commanded person performs Hajj Ifrad, the act counts for the one who requested it (the principal). Half of the expenditure must be returned to the principal because the commanded person violated the instruction by starting the Ihram for 'Umrah from the Miqat, as ordered. Starting the Ihram for Hajj from the Miqat is considered an addition for which the commanded person earns nothing.
