Primary text
Liability is incurred if one transfers game eggs and places them under another bird, or mixes other eggs with game eggs, or scares the nesting bird away from its eggs causing them to spoil, as the loss occurred due to one's action. However, if the eggs remain sound and hatch successfully, there is no liability upon the person.
