What is the liability of a lawful person for game killed in the Sacred Precinct (Haram) upon the direction of an unlawful person?

If the killing of the game directed by the unlawful person occurs within the Sacred Precinct, the lawful person shares the penalty (Jaza') with the unlawful person. The reason is that hunting game within the Sacred Precinct is prohibited for everyone, both the lawful and the unlawful person.
