If a pilgrim performing Hajj becomes unrestricted (*muhsar*) and is then able to complete the Hajj, the Hajj becomes obligatory if it was the obligatory Hajj of Islam, or if it is maintained that repayment (*Qada'*) is required, or if the Hajj was obligatory in principle. This is because Hajj is immediately obligatory (*'ala al-Fawr*).
