What is the obligation if a person who forgot they were in Ihram and used perfume remembers their state later?

Once the forgetful person remembers, they must immediately wash off the perfume and remove the prohibited clothing. If they delay this action beyond the time when they could have done so, a penalty becomes obligatory.
Supporting text
It is not permissible for the one who forgot to continue using the perfume, as the prohibition returns once the state of forgetfulness ceases. If removal is impossible due to coercion or illness, no penalty is due, as this falls under the established excuses.
