What is the penalty distribution if multiple unlawful persons consecutively guide others who eventually kill game?

If one unlawful person guides another, who then guides a third, and so on, up to ten people, and the tenth person kills the game, the penalty is incumbent upon all of them. However, if the first person who was guided kills the game, no one else bears liability because no one else guided that first person toward the game, thus no one shares the responsibility for that specific act of destruction.
