Priority between performing supererogatory acts feared to be missed and performing Tawaf

If the two Rak'ahs of Fajr (Sunnah) or Witr prayer are feared to be missed, or if a funeral procession is present, these take precedence over Tawaf. This is because these acts are Sunnahs whose time might expire, whereas Tawaf does not expire.
