Why did the Prophet command Aisha to perform Umrah from Al-Taneem when she had performed Qiran?

The command given by the Prophet (peace be upon him) to Aisha to perform Umrah from Al-Taneem after she had performed Qiran was specifically intended to soothe her heart and to respond to her request, and not because the Umrah she had performed as part of her Qiran was insufficient or obligatory upon her.
