Where must the proxy perform Hajj if the deceased made a vow (Nathr) to perform Hajj without specifying a location?

If a person made a vow to perform Hajj but did not specify a location, the proxy performs it from the deceased's Miqat (place of Ihram). This opinion is attributed to 'Ata' and was favored by Ibn al-Mundhir.
