Primary text

Raml is not recommended during the four circuits following the first three circuits of Tawaf al-Qudum or Tawaf al-Umrah. If one omits Raml in those remaining circuits, it is not made up afterward because it is a sunnah action whose proper time has passed, thus it is dropped, similar to omitting audible recitation in the first two rak'ahs of a silent prayer.

Supporting text

The view of Al-Qadi is cited: If one omits Raml and Idtiba' (uncovering the right shoulder) in Tawaf al-Qudum, one should perform them in Tawaf al-Ziyarah because they are an obligatory sunnah that can be compensated, like the sunnahs of prayer.
