What is the recourse if a person cannot find water to wash off prohibited perfume?

If water is unavailable for washing off the prohibited substance, the person must wipe it off with a cloth, or rub it with dust, a leaf, or grass. This obligation is based on removing the substance according to one's capacity, and these actions represent the limit of their ability.
