What is the required penalty for omitting Tawaf al-Ziyarah after having performed the Rami of Jamrat al-'Aqabah?

If Tawaf al-Ziyarah is omitted after the Rami of Jamrat al-'Aqabah, the pilgrim must offer a penalty sacrifice (*dam*). If a sacrifice cannot be found, the requirement shifts to fasting three days, the last of which must be the Day of 'Arafah, and seven days upon returning home.
