Primary text

When the principal commands the agent to perform either Hajj or Umrah, and the agent performs only one of the commanded rituals, the agent is entitled to the expenses commensurate with the ritual performed on behalf of the principal. A refund must be made by the principal for the unused portion of the stipulated expenses, calculated from the Miqat for the ritual left undone.
