What is the ruling if a Hady is specified by a particular item in the vow?

Primary text
If the vower specifies the Hady with a particular item, that specified item becomes obligatory upon him and suffices, whether it is from the specified livestock (An'am) or from elsewhere, whether it is transferable or not. Evidence for this is the Prophet's saying concerning those who go to Jumu'ah prayer at specific hours: {Whoever goes at the fourth hour, it is as if he offered a chicken, and whoever goes at the fifth hour, it is as if he offered an egg}, mentioning a chicken and an egg as offerings. If the specified item is something immovable, such as property, it must be sold and its price sent to the Haram to be distributed as charity there.
