What is the ruling on the Ihram of a discerning minor entered into by the guardian?

If a discerning child enters Ihram, it is only valid if done with the permission of their guardian. If they enter Ihram without permission, it is invalid because this contract leads to a financial obligation, and thus cannot be enacted by the child independently, similar to a sale.
