If game is stopped such that some of its limbs are in the sanctuary (Haram) and some are outside (Hill), and it is killed, the killer is liable for compensation by prioritizing the sanctity of the Haram. This view is held by Abu Thawr and the Ashab al-Ra'y (Hanafi school).
