Primary text

If the master grants permission for the slave to enter Ihram but subsequently revokes that permission before the slave actually enters the state, and the slave becomes aware of the revocation before entering Ihram, the situation reverts to that of a slave who was never granted permission.

Supporting text

If the slave enters Ihram without knowing the permission was revoked, there are two differing views concerning whether the ruling aligns with one who had permission or one who did not. This divergence is based on differing narrations regarding whether an agent (Wasil) loses their mandate immediately upon being dismissed or only upon the principal's knowledge of the dismissal.
