The ruling for a person whose residence is within the Haram but outside the Miqat boundary, when intending to pass beyond the Haram boundary, is the same as the ruling for one from the regions (Afaq) who passes the designated Miqat boundary in the three mentioned conditions. This is because their location serves as their Miqat point, making it equivalent to the five major Miqats for someone from the regions.
