The pilgrim performing Qiran with Hady must remain in Ihram until the sacrifice is performed on the Day of Sacrifice (Yawm al-Nahr). This is supported by the explicit Hadith regarding the Prophet's practice during the Farewell Pilgrimage.

Malik and Shafi'i hold the view that the pilgrim has the option to exit the state of ritual restriction (Tahallul) and offer the sacrifice, which is recommended to be done near the Marwah.
