There is no penalty incumbent upon the pilgrim who enters Ihram from the outer *Hill* area and subsequently travels through the Haram area. This ruling is explicitly stated by Ahmad, citing an example of one who performed Ihram for Hajj from At-Tan'im, for whom no penalty was required. This is because the Ihram was established prior to reaching the designated *Miqat* for that specific route, analogous to entering Ihram before the other prescribed *Mawaqit* (plural of Miqat).
