Any supplication made by the pilgrim suffices. There is no prescribed duration or specific obligatory supplication for the Sa'i. Abdullah ibn Mas'ud traditionally recited: 'My Lord, forgive, have mercy, pardon what You know, for You are the Most Mighty, the Most Generous.' The purpose of Sa'i and the stoning of the Jamarat is established for the remembrance of Allah (Hadith narrated by Al-Tirmidhi as Hasan Sahih).
