What is the ruling regarding those with legitimate excuses (non-herders) who miss staying overnight (Baytuta)?
Chapter on the Description of Hajj

Primary text
Those who have legitimate excuses, such as the sick, those whose property they fear losing, and similar individuals, are treated the same as herders (who are granted concessions) in the matter of missing the overnight stay. This is because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, granted concessions to these specific groups as an indication that the ruling applies to others, or because the ruling was explicitly stated for them due to a shared underlying reason, which necessitates including others sharing that reason.
