What is the ruling on slaughtering a camel that is lying down (Ibaahah)?

It is sufficient for the obligation of slaughter to be met regardless of how the camel is slaughtered. Ahmad stated that the camel should be slaughtered while tied and standing on three legs, but if there is a fear that it might bolt, it may be laid down.
