The ruling on clothing dyed with fragrant plants depends on the ruling concerning the plants themselves. If the plant is prohibited for the pilgrim to use, wearing clothing dyed with it is prohibited if its scent is apparent. If the scent is not apparent, then wearing it is not prohibited.
