The naming of the subsequent Umrah as 'Umrat al-Qada'' refers to the agreement or settlement ('iqda' or arbitration) reached between the Muslims and the Quraysh, not necessarily to an obligatory makeup (qada'). If the intent had been a makeup for a missed obligation, it would have been named 'Umrat al-Qada' explicitly denoting makeup obligation.
