If Tawaf al-Ziyarah is left after performing the Rami of Jamrat al-'Aqabah, the pilgrim is only restricted from women, as the first release from *ihram* (allowing lawful relations) occurs upon completing the Rami. If such a person engages in sexual intercourse, their Hajj is not invalidated, and no *badana* (large sacrifice) is required, but a *dam* (penalty sacrifice) is due, and they must renew their *ihram* to perform the Tawaf correctly. Ahmad stated that if one performs the Tawaf al-Ziyarah, or even passes through the Ḥajar al-Aswad area during their Tawaf, and then travels to Baghdad, they must return because they remain under the obligations of their *ihram*. If they engage in relations with women, they must re-enter *ihram* from al-Tan'īm, based on the Hadith of Ibn 'Abbās, and offer a *dam*.
