Is Tawaf al-Wadā' (Farewell Tawaf) sufficient for Tawaf al-Ziyarah?

Tawaf al-Wadā' does not suffice for the Tawaf al-Ziyarah. This is because specifying the intention (*ta'yīn al-niyyah*) for the Tawaf al-Ziyarah is a condition for its validity. If one performs Tawaf al-Wadā' without specifically intending it to be Tawaf al-Ziyarah, it is invalid for that purpose.
