Is there a distinction between a person who shaved (Halaqa) and one who did not shave (Taqsir) regarding the invalidation of Hajj by sexual intercourse after the stoning?
Chapter on the Description of Hajj
Al-Mughni
Book of Hajj
Primary text
There is no difference between the one who shaved and the one who did not shave; sexual intercourse after the stoning does not invalidate the Hajj, but it necessitates a blood sacrifice (Damm) and re-entry into Ihram from Al-Hill. This ruling applies generally following the act of stoning alone, without consideration of any subsequent step.
