Anyone intending to leave Mina and depart the sacred boundary without staying in Mecca must depart after midday (Zawal) on the second of the Tashriq days. If the sun sets while one is still in Mina, departure is prohibited until after midday on the following day, following the established pattern of the previous day's stoning. The stoning on the second day must adhere exactly to the time, manner, and form of the first day's stoning; there is no known disagreement on this point.

If one desires to leave early in two days, they must depart before sunset. If sunset occurs before departure, they cannot leave until the next day's stoning is performed after Zawal.
