The performance of Tawaf around the House, between Safa and Marwah, and the pelting of the Jamarat are established for the purpose of commemorating the remembrance of Allah. This is based on the statement of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) narrated by Al-Athram and Ibn al-Mundhir.
