If a Mutamatti' interjects Hajj into his Umrah Ihram before performing the Tawaf of Umrah, without fear of missing Hajj, this is permissible, and he becomes a Qarin. This ruling is without dispute and was performed by Ibn Umar, who narrated it from the Prophet, peace be upon him.
