Is a vow valid if the location specified for slaughter contains an idol or an object of transgression?

If the vow specifies slaughter at a location containing an idol, or any object related to disbelief or sin, such as fire temples, churches, or synagogues, the vow is not valid based on the implication of the relevant Hadith. This is because it constitutes a vow of disobedience, which must not be fulfilled, according to the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: {There is no vow in disobedience to Allah the Exalted, nor in what the son of Adam does not own}, and {Whoever vows to disobey Allah, let him not disobey Him}.
