There is no obligation for a woman to make up the Tawaf of Arrival (*Tawaf al-Qudum*). The ruling is that Tawaf al-Qudum is a Sunnah, not obligatory, and therefore does not require making up. This is supported by the fact that the Prophet (peace be upon him) did not command 'A'ishah to make it up, nor did she perform it.
