When does a conditional denial of lineage become an established accusation of slander (Qadhf)?

If any of the conditional denials or ethnic misattributions mentioned are explicitly interpreted or clarified to mean an accusation of adultery (Qadhf), then the speaker is deemed a slanderer and the prescribed punishment applies.
