What constitutes the removal of property from its secure enclosure (Hirz) when moving it from a house to an open courtyard?

Removal of property from its secure enclosure (Hirz) is established when the door of the house from which the property is taken is closed and the taker opens it or breaks it open to remove the property. If the door was not closed, taking the property out of the house does not constitute removal from the Hirz.
