Is the hand cut off for someone stealing from the spoils of war (Ghanimah) if they have a right to a share in it?

If a person steals from the spoils of war (Ghanimah) from which they, their child, their master, or someone whose property would not warrant amputation if stolen from, has a share, the hand is not cut off due to that right.
