Is *Ihsaan* established by testimony stating 'He had intercourse with her' or 'He penetrated her'?

When testimony explicitly states, 'He had intercourse with her' (*jāma'ahā*) or 'He penetrated her' (*bāḍa'ahā*), there is no known disagreement that *Ihsaan* is established thereby. Similarly, testimony stating 'He trod upon her' (*waṭa'ahā*) should also establish *Ihsaan*.
