What is the legal status regarding punishment for Zina committed by a Mudabbir, Mukatab, or Umm Walad?

The Mudabbir (a slave designated for emancipation upon the master's death), the Mukatab (a slave who has contracted for his freedom), and the Umm Walad (a female slave who has borne her master a child) are treated as slaves (Qinn) concerning the prescribed Hadd punishment for Zina, because they are entirely slaves. This is supported by the prophetic tradition stating, 'The Mukatab remains a slave so long as a dirham remains due from him.'
