Is lineage established if a wife's female slave becomes pregnant from her husband's intercourse?

There are two narrations concerning whether lineage is established if the slave girl becomes pregnant from this intercourse. One narration states that the lineage is established because it was intercourse for which no hadd was due, analogous to intercourse with a jointly owned slave girl. The other narration states that lineage is not established because it was intercourse without ownership or a doubt of ownership, analogous to pure adultery (zina).
