What is the ruling for stealing from Allah's and the Messenger's share of the Khums after it is divided?

If the Khums is divided into five segments, and someone steals from the share designated for Allah and His Messenger, the hand is not cut off. However, if they steal from any other portion of the divided Khums, the hand is cut off, unless the thief belongs to the rightful recipients of that specific portion.
