Is the ruling of stoning for adultery contingent upon the requirement of chastity (iffah) for ihsan in the case of non-Muslims?

The analogy (Qiyas) drawn between the ihsan required for the penalty of slander (qadhf) and the ihsan regarding adultery is invalid. This is because chastity is a required condition for the ihsan pertaining to slander, whereas chastity is not a required condition for the ihsan applicable to adultery.
