Does unlawful sexual intercourse (Zina or accidental intercourse/Shubhah) establish Ihsan?

Ihsan is not established by adultery (Zina) or accidental intercourse (watu' al-shubhah). Furthermore, concubinage (Tasrri) does not establish Ihsan for either party, as it is not a valid marriage contract and its rulings do not apply.
