Primary text

If the first hunter secured the game, under Al-Qadi's method, each hunter is liable for the assessed value of their specific wound, and the resulting death compensation (saraayah) is divided among them into thirds. If the second hunter secured the game, the first hunter's wound is voided (hadar). The ruling for the remaining two hunters follows the previous description. Under the alternative method, the first hunter is liable for one-third of the value ten (three and one-third), the second for one-third of the value nine (three), and the third for one-third of the value eight (two and two-thirds), totaling nine. The total value of ten is then divided proportionally based on what each is liable for.

If the game belonged to another party, they are liable for compensation likewise.
