Is game hunted by a dog released jointly by a Muslim and a Magian permissible?

If a single dog is released by both a Muslim and a Magian, the game is not permissible. This applies equally if two Muslim men release a dog, but only one of them mentions the name of Allah (*Tasmiyah*) over the release.
