Primary text

Grain found within the dung of a camel or the feces of buffaloes and the like is not permissible to eat, nor is its price lawful for consumption. This implies that impurity contaminates non-water liquids even when the impurity is few, which is the apparent position of the Madhhab.

Supporting text

There is an alternative narration from Ahmad stating that if the liquid is abundant, it is not rendered impure. Also, regarding liquids whose origin is water, such as date vinegar (Khall Tamri), it repels impurity if it is abundant, unlike substances whose origin is not water.
