Is ignorance regarding the requirement of Tasmiyah treated the same as forgetfulness (Nisyan) during slaughter?

Ignorance concerning the ruling that a general Tasmiyah over a herd is insufficient does not equate to forgetfulness. Forgetfulness removes accountability, whereas the ignorant person is still held accountable. For instance, the one who is ignorant of the rules concerning fasting is held accountable for eating during the fast, unlike the one who forgets.
