Can an Ihram-bound person who slaughters game due to necessity eat until they are full?

When an Ihram-bound person slaughters game due to necessity, it is permissible for them to eat until they are satiated, because it is properly slaughtered meat in which no other human has a right, thus permitting satiation, just as if a free man slaughtered it for himself.
